Due to the digital nature of our products, which are delivered instantly and are irrevocable once accessed, we have a strict no refund policy.
Once an ebook has been purchased and the download link has been made available to you, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be returned, so we are unable to process refunds once the transaction is complete. This policy helps us protect the intellectual property of our authors and maintain fair pricing.

We understand that technical issues or mistakes can happen. We are committed to resolving any problems you may encounter. A refund or store credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same ebook twice, please contact us with both order numbers, and we will be happy to refund the duplicate charge.
- Major Technical Issues: If the ebook file is corrupted, fails to download, or is otherwise unreadable, and our support team is unable to provide you with a working file after troubleshooting.
- Incorrect Item Delivered: If you received a download link for an ebook different from the one you purchased.
How to Request Assistance

In your email, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- A clear description of the issue.
Our team will first work to resolve the issue. If we cannot provide you with a functioning, correct copy of your purchased ebook, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of White Daffodils Group.
